COVID-19 Handling & Postage Policy
In light of the current COVID-19 global pandemic, I have made some changes here at Megan Tucker Illustration to ensure the safety of my customers as well as my own. As this is a constantly changing situation, this policy is open to updates at any time and you are invited to check back regularly prior to purchasing.
International shipping has been reinstated after being switched off initially. Please note I CANNOT GUARANTEE ARRIVAL TIMES during the Covid-19 crisis. It may take a few weeks for your item to arrive due to delays. Please bear this in mind before placing an order.
Before I pack items, surfaces are cleaned and my hands are washed. Although the official advice states that Covid-19 doesn’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels, I am taking these measures as an extra precaution for your peace of mind.
All standard letter (cards etc) and large letter (notepads, 10x8 prints, tote bags etc) will be sent via Royal Mail and will have the postage applied here in my studio at home and will be posted directly into my local post box, thus eliminating the need to go to the post office itself for the sake of maintaining social distancing guidelines.
All larger items such as 12x16 prints will also be sent via Royal Mail with a slightly longer than usual lead time of 3-5 business days. These will be posted twice a week by dropping them off at a local small parcel box. I appreciate your understanding and patience at this time. This is the safest way for me to still sell these sorts of items.
